Exchange policy ( No Refunds)

We hope that you fall in love with each item you purchase but sometimes unfortunately it’s not meant to be!
If you need to exchange an item please ship to

within 10 days of purchase. 

Which means you have 10 days from delivery date to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, no stains or scratches, no visible makeup or deodorant, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at shop@modishmary.ca. After your return is processed you will receive a confirmation email that your return was approved, you will then receive store credit to find another item that you Lovee!

Please note: Customer is responsible for shipping costs at all times.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on local pickup items, discounted and sale items or gift cards.
